Scope
What’s included in ฿199,000
One structured process · written scope · month 1 on our servers—not a sandbox.
- Written scope—one process, in and out
- Month 1 production on our servers (app and data in Germany)
- Deploy, one UAT round, handover, and operator orientation
- Typical monthly case volume agreed in scope (fair-use band)
- 0–1 external connection if listed in scope
Not in ฿199,000: scope changes after sign-off, extra systems or custom screens, production SLAs, additional processes, AI vendor bills.
For IT and procurement
What you buy (procurement)
- REVIEW-MVP-199 — fixed ฿199,000: configure one structured operational process, deploy to Pontivus-hosted infrastructure, one calendar month of production use, handover and one UAT round (detail in signed SOW).
- Optional fixed-price add-ons (integrations, extra screens, second process, etc.) and month-2 hosting are separate line items—see optional packages and the SKU catalog after FAQ.
- Work outside the signed scope or catalog requires a written change order before we start.
Platform capabilities (configured, not built)
- Same process platform as Pontivus Legal—your process is configured on proven infrastructure, not a greenfield app per client.
- One configured process with human decision gates (approve/reject), per-case history, and role-based access (who can submit, decide, and view cases).
- REST API for execution and status; scoped integrations via agreed events (EXT-INT-1/2 in SOW)—no pre-built connector catalog.
- Deterministic process steps with rule-checked AI outputs—routing stays under your configuration, not ad-hoc model decisions.
Hosting and data
- Logical isolation: dedicated project namespace and database/user on Pontivus infrastructure—your app data is not commingled with other clients at the application layer.
- Kubernetes: K3s on Hetzner (Germany)—API backend and workers in your namespace; platform services (ingress, messaging, monitoring) on the shared cluster.
- PostgreSQL: CloudNativePG operator—production 3-node HA, PgBouncer pooling, encrypted Longhorn volumes, scheduled backups (14-day retention), WAL archiving for PITR; per-project database on shared platform cluster.
- Case files: Hetzner S3-compatible object storage (production)—separate from database backups.
- Deployments via governed release tooling (not hand-edited servers).
AI providers
- LLM provider(s) and API key custody defined in your SOW—typically your vendor accounts; we configure, no markup on inference.
- Inference billed by your AI vendor; subprocessors (e.g. OpenAI, xAI, or others as named) listed in contract.
- Preparation activities in scope are named in writing (e.g. extraction, classification, summarization, document review, routing)—not open-ended “AI.”
Acceptance & environments
- Sign-off on the environment named in your SOW (typically Pontivus-operated development or production cluster)—with agreed test cases.
- Acceptance-ready delivery, not guaranteed production uptime SLA unless EXT-SLA-1 is quoted separately.
After month 1 (ongoing costs — procurement SKUs)
- RUN-STD (Standard run) — from ฿29,000/month: Pontivus continues hosting, runtime, fair-use band, email support.
- RUN-PLUS (Active run) — from ฿49,000/month: higher volume band, faster response.
- EXT-HOST-1 (Self-host handoff) — quoted one-time: artifacts, runbook; your team operates infrastructure.
- Exact tier, fair-use limits, and ฿ confirmed in writing before month 1 ends.
Stack reference (for technical due diligence)
- Workflow orchestration: LangGraph wrapped in Pontivus’s Python framework—YAML-defined steps with explicit state gates.
- Real-time approver actions and status via WebSocket (same pattern as Pontivus Legal).
